AND PRICES
All prices are subject to 19% German VAT (intra-Community
transactions are exempt from this).
The rates and prices listed here can vary individually
depending on the subject and degree of difficulty of the original (source) text
and on your required deadline. The calculation of lines and words will be based
either on the source text or on the translated (target) text and this will be
agreed beforehand. VORTEXT is more than happy to provide you with a quote for
your job.
The VORTEXT Terms
and Conditions apply to all the work undertaken by VORTEXT.
TRANSLATIONS
German → English (GB/US/international* EN) and English → German.
- 0.95 – 1.40 EUR per normal line (= 55 characters incl. spaces) or
- 0.11 – 0.17 EUR per word or
- 50 – 70 EUR per hour
* International English is the concept of the English language
as a global means of communication and it represents a move towards cultural
neutrality.

- 30 – 50 EUR per hour or
- based on the half line price or word price of a translation
